  Recommendations to Rental Committee:
  Develop Committee Mission Statement.
  Such as “Develop, promote and manage consistent and profitable rentals of our grange hall.”
  Develop committe “Goals”: Such as “Secure enough annual rentals to cover our fixed operating cost plus an annual contribution to the building maintainance or capital improvement fund of $1800 per year.
  Develop Rental Slogan. Such as
  Sallal Grange
  “Where Memories are Made” or “The Place To Gather” or ???

  Action items:

  (1)Develop marketing team within committee.
  (2)Develop tri-fold brochure and posters to promote rentals.
  (3)Connect with all event planners (wedding and others), caters,sports organizations and civic groups. Add pictures and video to rental web page and perhaps link it all to a seperate web site with focused key word search.
  (4) Hold monthly committee meetings.
  (5) Design, purchase and install “Hall Rental Available” sign.
  (6) Recruit motivated and active committee members.
