The building may be rented in three ways:
A medium-sized room (35 people max), with kitchen access, folding chairs, folding tables. It is usually furnished as a cozy, relaxing space – with an electric fireplace.
A fully permitted commercial kitchen (risk level III, but no deep frying), suitable for commisary use by food trucks, caterers, or culinary start-ups. Secured dry and refridgerated storage is available.
The whole shebang: kitchen access, folding chairs, folding tables, a medium-sized room, and an auditorium with stage and chairs. Seasonally available depending on Valley Center Stage‘s schedule. There is also an extra charge for an on-site staff.
